NorthRidge is a network of six churches working together to reach and equip people for Christ without borders. Each of our campuses has their own preaching pastor, elders and other staff. Although we are six distinct churches, we share resources and desire to reach our local communities with the good news of Jesus Christ.

Charlie is a husband to Judi, father to five girls and five son-in-laws and grandpa to seven grandchildren. He serves as our Network Pastor and loves to see Jesus build his church!

Tyler is married to Adeline. He is passionate about helping others grow in their delight in the Lord. He enjoys about anything sports related as well as learning about different cultures. 

Doug is currently serving as our Interim Financial Secretary. He coordinates the finances for all six of our NorthRidge campuses. Doug is married to Sharon, served our country, worked at Wenger for many years, and continues to serve NorthRidge Church today.

Sarah Anderson manages our social media and church directory, sends out the NorthRidge Connection, and completes other projects. She is married to Tye and has two girls, Olivia and Norah. She enjoys spending time with family, being in God's creation and going on walks with her husband.

Jenna has been on staff at NorthRidge for ten years. Jenna is married to Ben and they have three daughters, Clara, Ellsy, and Maryn. A rainy day, baking, being outside, Ranger rides with her family, walking her dogs, and cheering on the Chiefs and Wildcats are just a few of her favorite things. 

Sarah Morris graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in French Education. She is a wife to Adam and mom to Grace, Ethan and Abram. In her free time she enjoys studying God's Word and crafting.
